**Key Responsibilities**
- Preparation of tender and contracts
- Undertaking cost analysis for tenders, repair and maintenance project work
- Allocating upcoming work to contractors
- Manage all costs relating to projects, seeking to minimize costs and enhancing value for money, while still achieving the required standards and quality
- Adhoc duties as assigned
