Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Responsible for quantity take-off and cost estimation of tenders / projects
  • Prepare tender submission
  • Sourcing, evaluate and negotiate with specialists, suppliers and subcontractors
  • Prepare and follow up monthly progress claims in timely manners
  • Finalize project accounts with clients and subcontractors
  • Candidate with M&E Quantity Surveyor experience will be an added advantage
  • Any other tasks as assigned by superior

Requirements:

  • Minimum diploma or degree holder in Building / Quantity Surveying / Civil / Structural Engineering
  • 1 to 2 year(s) of relevant working experience in Construction sector is preferred. Candidates without experience are also welcome to apply, as guidance and support will be provided
  • Good knowledge of construction sequences and material trends
  • Independent with excellent problem solving skills, detailed and a good team player
  • Salary package commensurate with experience
