Pioneer Sector, Singapore Handy Container(S) Pte Ltd Full time $60,000 - $80,000 per year


• Manage the full spectrum of quantity surveying duties including procurement, budgeting, cost estimation, contract administration, and measurement of quantities on project and production site.


• Prepare and issue Request for Quotation (RFQ) and tender documents in coordination with relevant stakeholders.


• Evaluate and process variation orders and support cost control efforts throughout project life cycles.


• Collaborate with site teams to support contract administration, including main contracts, subcontract management, interim payments, and final accounts.


• Provide technical support for "engineering to cost" programmes as required

Job Requirements / Prerequisites


• Minimum 1–3 years of relevant working experience in quantity surveying, with site-based experience preferred.


• Minimum Diploma in Quantity Surveying or Engineering Discipline


• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail


• A good understanding of construction processes and contract law.


• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills to manage internal and external stakeholders effectively.


• Proactive, resourceful, and able to work both independently and in a team environment.


• Speak in both English and Mandarin. We have a customer base from China
