The Quan Shui Wet Market Online team is looking for an ambitious and results-driven individual to support its **e-commerce **operations in Singapore.

You will be trained to eventually assume the role of a **Business Support Executive (Admin) **and will have career progression opportunities.

You will have the chance to be exposed to administrative duties across several functions e.g. operations/finance/human resource and can have the opportunity to be promoted to be Admin Manager

**Being meticulous and having basic computer literacy are highly necessary for this job.**

Job Details
- $2200/month + performance incentives (up to $200 cash)
- 6 days a week, Sundays off, 1600 - 2359 (or till work ends)
- Transport allowance provided if public transport is unavailable when work ends)
- 7 days annual leave
- CNY Bonus
- Applicants with prior experience preferred

**Job Description**:

- Synthesizing information across sales platforms to generate summaries needed by operations team
- Printing, arranging and editing delivery lists, invoices and sticker labels needed by operations team
- Updating, tracking and management of inventory across sales platforms
- Management of HR admin matters e.g. petty cash claims, leave matters, tracking of part-timers' hours etc.
- Assist in payroll and payment preparation
- Any other ad-hoc administrative duties to support the operations of the business
