- Assist customers in selecting and purchasing new and certified pre-owned mobile devices by understanding their needs, recommending options, and explaining features and benefits.
- Facilitate the buyback and trade-in process for used mobile devices, including appraising devices, explaining trade-in values, and processing transactions.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience.
- Promote and sell value-added services such as extended warranties, insurance, and device protection plans.
- Perform basic diagnostic checks on mobile devices to assess their condition and functionality.
- Support inventory management tasks, including receiving shipments, organizing stock, and maintaining accurate records.
- Help with daily store operations, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, processing transactions, and adhering to company policies.
- Be deployed to partnering retail stores, including established electronics chains and operator stores.
- Stay flexible to support any business needs as they arise.

**Qualifications**
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is required
- Knowledge of mobile devices and the mobile phone market is a plus.
- Willingness to learn and become proficient in all aspects of the role, including sales, buybacks, diagnostics, and value-added services.
