**Responsibilities**:

- Greet, address customers’ inquiries, and assist customers in selecting the right mobile accessories based on their needs and preferences.
- Provide expert product and/ or service recommendations, demonstrating knowledge of the latest accessories, trends, and technologies.
- Build strong relationships with customers to enhance loyalty and encourage repeat business.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of the full range of mobile accessories we offer, including phone cases, screen protectors, and more.
- Handle sales transactions and process payments accurately.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to store performance.
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment.
- Collaborate with the store manager to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the store.
- Maintain an attractive and organised store layout through effective visual merchandising to enhance the shopping experience.
- Ensure compliance with store policies and procedures.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and perform general repairs (e.g., screens, batteries, etc.) for various issues with smartphones, tablets, and other mobile devices to help our customers identify their device issues and needs.
- Participate in ongoing training provided by the company to stay up to date with the latest repair techniques and technologies.
- Other related work assigned by the Supervisor.

**Requirements**:

- Possess at least O/A Levels, ITE or Diploma in any field.
- Able to work during retail hours (Monday to Sunday, 10:30 am - 9:30 pm), weekends and public holidays.
- Strong people skills and a knack for solving problems.
- A willingness to learn phone and tablet repair skills.
- Interest in working with various phone brands and models.

**Benefits**:

- Competitive Salary: $2,000 - $3,500 per month (basic + commission). Basic salary will be commensurate with experience.

**Schedule**:

- Full-time, Permanent
- Available to work any 5 days a week, including weekends.
- 8 to 12 hour shifts, flexible work arrangement
