We're looking for a friendly, cheerful, and passionate Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Everbright

You'll be the face of our brand, helping customers select the perfect potted orchids — whether as elegant home décor or thoughtful gifts.


What You'll Do
  • Greet and assist walk-in customers with orchid selections
  • Maintain a neat, inviting retail display and shop environment
  • Provide basic orchid care and product knowledge
  • Handle cash and sales transactions accurately
  • Assist with simple flower arrangements or store housekeeping
  • Support delivery arrangements in the shop

What We're Looking For
  • Sociable, approachable, and service-oriented personality
  • Passionate about flowers, plants, and creating a positive customer experience
  • Responsible, punctual, and able to work independently
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Preferably holds a Class 3 driver's license (for emergencies)

Requirements
  • O-Level or above, with at least 1–2 years of customer service or retail experience
  • Excellent spoken and written English, plus Mandarin or another language to liaise with customers
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Self-motivated, mature, and a strong team player
  • Highly organized with good time management and multitasking skills
  • Immediate availability is a strong advantage

Working Hours & Details
  • 44 hours per week
  • 6-day work week (Monday off)
  • Competitive base salary + performance bonus + staff discounts on flowers
