**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Translate content such as brochures, websites, treatment guides, clinical documentation, and product packaging from Japanese to English.
- Ensure translations are accurate, clear, and aligned with industry standards and branding tone.
- Localize marketing and promotional content to suit English-speaking audiences while preserving intent and compliance.
- Collaborate with medical staff, marketing teams, and regulatory personnel to ensure clarity and accuracy.
- Maintain consistency in terminology and voice across all translated materials.
- Conduct research to stay updated on medical and cosmetic terminology in both languages.
- Edit and proofread content for grammar, flow, and readability.

**Qualifications**:

- Native-level fluency in English and professional fluency in Japanese.
- Proven experience in Japanese to English translation, preferably in the medical or aesthetic field.
- Strong understanding of cosmetic and medical terminology (e.g., injectables, laser treatments, skincare).
- Degree in Translation, Japanese Studies, Life Sciences, Linguistics, or a related field preferred.
- Familiarity with regulatory guidelines (e.g., labeling, product claims) is a plus.
- Experience with translation tools (e.g., Trados, Smartcat) is beneficial.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills in English.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.
- Ability to convey sensitive or technical information in a patient-friendly tone.
- Cultural awareness to adapt messaging appropriately for international audiences.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
