Downtown Core, Singapore ARCANE LINK PTE. LTD. Full time

Managing full spectrum of office administration function including reception, pantry, logistic for events, office inventory, IT assets etc.
- Responsible for the up-keeping the office cleanliness and facilities.
- Attend to visitor and serving them drinks.
- Able to perform procurement function such as sourcing of items that is required and to be able to do basic sourcing and comparison of vendors.
- Liaising with vendor on office maintenance and repairs for lighting, IT services, furnitures, office equipment etc.
- Updates the corporate office on important notice such as the periodic fire evacuation drills, temporary electricity shutdown etc.
- Simple data entry
- Any other ad-hoc duties assignment / required by the HR and Personal Assistant

**Job Requirement**:

- Training will be provided and we welcome fresh graduate or career switch.
- NITEC/Diploma or other equivalent professional qualifications.
- Self driven and motivation while instilling a culture of positive engagement and care at workplace.
- Able to communicate with Chinese counterpart would be an advantage

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: $2,000.00 - $3,000.00 per month

Supplemental Pay:

- 13th month salary
- Performance bonus
