The global privacy training operation team aims to help all TikTok employees improve their privacy awareness and deepen their understanding of privacy, and provide professional "privacy by design" practical training for international product lines to ensure that employees in different positions and responsibilities can obtain the required privacy in a timely manner. At the same time, a wealth of online and offline activities such as privacy weeks and salon sharing are carried out, and high-quality publicity channels such as privacy clubs and privacy observatories are created to enrich daily publicity and implementation, and create a "privacy first" cultural atmosphere. **Job Description**: We are looking for a highly motivated Training and Awareness specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in promoting "Privacy First" culture in the organization by developing and delivering privacy training programs that align with our company’s privacy objectives. You will be responsible for conducting training needs assessments, designing engaging curriculum and learning materials, and overseeing all aspects of training interventions. Your primary role will be to improve privacy awareness among all TikTok employees and deepen their understanding of privacy and provide professional "privacy by design" practical trainings for employees working on international products in meeting privacy compliance requirements. You will organize online and offline awareness activities such as privacy weeks and salon sharing and maintain publicity channels such as privacy clubs and privacy observatories. As a Privacy Training Specialist, you will collaborate with various stakeholders to identify training gaps and develop targeted solutions to address them. You will also be responsible for evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and making necessary adjustments to ensure continuous improvement. We firmly believe that through training and communication, all employees better understand their role in maintaining strong privacy practices and help the company create safe and reliable international products. There are future plans for the team hold external activities such as media open days and industry summits to enhance the influence of the industry, share our insights and best privacy practices. **Role and Responsibilities**: 1. Work with stakeholders from various departments to plan, produce training materials before rolling out to target audience. 2. Design training curriculum based on organization’s privacy objectives and assess the effectiveness of training program. 3. Develop or oversee the production of training content, instructional materials, aids and manuals. This includes production of eye-catching creative visual effects. 4. Assist in writing, proof-reading and arranging all training content, and be responsible for the organization of online and offline training and related conferences. 5. Support promotion of awareness publicity news content, expand the dissemination effect, and improve customer stickiness. 6. Cooperate with major business departments and sub-groups within the group to plan large-scale events. **Qualifications**: 1. Bachelor degree or above 2. Minimum 5 years work experience in corporate training or learning and development with domain knowledge in the field of privacy, data protection or cybersecurity is preferred; 3.
