**Job Title**:Enterprise Sales Manager

We are looking for an experienced and driven Enterprise Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in targeting and acquiring large enterprise clients to join our fast-growing Paytech Startup Company.

As an Enterprise Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic account plans as well as developing sales and marketing strategies to increase our presence in Singapore.

**Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential enterprise clients through market research, networking, and prospecting activities.
- Develop a deep understanding of clients' business needs and challenges, and position our solutions as valuable solutions to address those needs.
- Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline to ensure consistent achievement of revenue targets.
- Create and execute strategic account plans for key enterprise clients, outlining goals, strategies, and action plans for achieving sales targets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to align strategies and maximize opportunities.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers within target enterprise organizations.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their long-term goals and proposing tailored solutions to meet those objectives.
- Identify market trends and be involved in developing sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth and presence in Singapore
- Support management with important strategic insights and recommendations based on reports and industry trends
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for restaurants

**Requirements:
- Proven experience in enterprise sales, including a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Deep understanding of B2B sales cycles and enterprise-level purchasing processes.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with senior executives and decision-makers.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive informed sales decisions.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
