In your role as Flight Operations Coordinator, you have:

- To be in compliance with all safety and security requirements.
- To be customer focus with service excellence.
- To maintain good relationship with customers and airport authorities.
- To prepare GD, Hotel accommodations, transportations and flight documents.
- To coordinate with Airport authorities on immigration, customs, safety and security matters.
- To coordinate with Aircraft facilitators, operators, and any other handling teams.
- To handle the Department Duty Phone, Walkie Talkie, VHF radio and voice drop.
- To supervise arrival and departure operations at Changi Airport.
- To update Aircraft Movements and report to respective stations.
- To prepare and present daily, weekly and monthly reports for the department.
- To maintain, update manuals and documentations.
- To report any irregularity and take appropriate actions.
- To help and assist in ramp operations when needed.
- Must be able to work shift and ad-hoc duties.

**Qualifications**:

- At least 3 years of experience in Aviation and/or Customer Service is preferred.
- Possess Diploma or equivalent academic certificates.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Class 3 Driving License is preferred.
