**CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT (AIRPORT) - Contract**
- $2,200/month Gross before CPF deduction (1 year contract, renewable up to 3 years)
- Must attend face to face interview & commit to 1.5 months of training.

**Job Description**:
1. Handling Check In duties.
- Check and ensure that flight tickets and travel documents are valid for flight
- Weigh and tag passengers’ luggage.
- Processing and issuing of boarding pass.
- Assisting passengers at self-Check In kiosks and auto bag drop kiosks.

2. Departure/Arrival gate duties
- Ensure boarding pass information is accurate and passenger’s name on passport tally with boarding pass for departure flight
- Crowd control
- Assisting passengers with special needs
- Direct disembarking passengers to respective areas such as immigration and baggage collection belts
- Meet & Greet
- Coordinate with crew and other departments to ensure timely gate activities to meet on time departure of flight.

3. Other miscellaneous duties when assigned

**Shift Schedule: 44 hours a week (5/6 ALTERNATE workday week Monday - Sunday)**
**Shift Timings : Ranging between 10am - 10pm (9 hours shift with 1 hour unpaid break)**

**Requirements**:

- Presentable and well groomed (NO VISIBLE TATTOOS, only black/dark hair)
- Able to stand long hours
- Positive attitude with excellent customer service skills
- Good communication skills and command of English
- Possess basic computer skills

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: $2,200.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Late shift
