**Description**:
**Role purpose**:
The role is positioned within Vodafone Business, a unique & complex area of Vodafone comprising the full breadth of Vodafone Business including Central Entities & over 26 operating companies around the globe
The role holder will be tasked with driving step change improvements in the data capability and processes across Vodafone Business, supporting three large functional teams - Vodafone Business International, Internet of Things and Products and Services (P&S). The role will involve leveraging existing platforms & resources across the full breadth of the Group Technology functions within Vodafone Business & simplifying end to end processes that drive insight around customer level and product data.

**Key accountabilities and decision ownership**:

- Accountable for driving step change improvements in processes and data capability and insights across Vodafone Business Finance (VBI, IOT, P&S).
- This will involve the evaluation and location of current activities and agreeing with the business teams a revised Blueprint for end to end processes and ownership of activities
- This should also involve assessing any activities that do not align with the revised organisational responsibilities post Project Galaxy and Superswift
- The role will also manage aspects of the relationship & migration effort of activities across to our GCP Platform with TSSI and VBIT in accordance with the agreed migration plan
- Business partner with other Group Technology partners including VBIT, Group D&A, Big Data & others where appropriate

- Self-motivating and able to work under mínimal supervision and high pressure
- Able to deal with multiple and conflicting priorities to tight deadlines
- Strong analytical decision making skills, including the ability to balance conflicting interests and make decisions based on incomplete or unreliable information
- Experience of managing complex Business data sets driving commercial insight would be highly desirable
