**Responsibilities**:

- Align the people agenda with business objectives / needs
- Provide full-suite HR Business Partnering functions for end-to-end employee lifecycle (i.e. recruitment through to exit interview)
- This role will have an initial focus on the following:

- Recruitment (LinkedIn Talent Solutions)
- HRIS management (Bamboo HR)
- Development of HR Policies and Guidelines
- Employee engagement
- Develop good understanding of business functions
- Consults with business leaders to address talent related needs
- Prepare, analyse, and present HR metrics where required
- Any other related duties as assigned.

**Qualifications**
- Graduate or Post Graduate degree in human resources management or related fields
- At least 5 years of experience as a HR Practitioner (combined experience across all HR functions)
- Advanced understanding of majority of HR functions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Driven, proactive, and meticulous in nature
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong time management and organizational abilities
- Good knowledge of labour legislation
- Stays abreast of thought leadership and best practices in the industry
