Partner Growth Capabilities role requires a unique blend of business acumen, technical expertise, and stakeholder management skills to transform business insights into product needs and drive the agenda with our product team. This role reports to the **Head of Partner Growth.**

This position is full-time and located in Singapore.

**About the job**
- Product Operations: Drive product operations for the Adtech business, ensuring effective rollouts and coordination of tests to optimize revenue and enhance user experience.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate closely with local markets to understand their needs and ensure that the product pipeline aligns with market demands.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with front-end and back-end product teams to balance ad revenue with user experience, also optimizing operational efficiency.
- Product Strategy: Support the agenda for vendor-facing products, ensuring high product adoption among partners.
- Problem Solving: Act as the primary point of contact for issue escalation and resolution, effectively managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Market Insights: Stay abreast of industry trends and market developments, using insights to anticipate partner needs and provide innovative solutions.

**Qualifications**
- You have successfully completed a Bachelor’s degree
- You have at least 3 years of work experience in tech, consulting, or a management associate programme from a leading MNC
- You have experience using SQL
- You have worked and partnered with stakeholders across organizations
- You have an understanding of the startup environment, internet trends, on-demand economy
