We are a trading company deals in ship spare parts. We are looking for an office admin /purchasing assistant for our company
**_Responsibilities _**
- Preparing Quotations, Purchase orders and shipping documents in Microsoft excel
- Check Shipments: Handle carton boxes, check parts and quantity from carton boxes.
- Filing documents, Data entry and adhoc admin task
**_Requirement _**
- Microsoft Excel: Working experience in Microsoft Excel is main requirement.
- Min GCE O Level / Diploma in any discipline
- Willing to learn and reach higher positions within organization.
- Able to start work within short notice
- 1-2 years experience as office admin/purchasing assistant
**Salary**: As per given salary range and experience level in required field
Timings: 9:00AM TO 6:00PM, 5 Days Monday-Friday
**Salary**: $2,000.00 - $2,500.00 per month
Schedule:
