RESPONSIBILITIES **Front Desk and Communication Management**: - Serve as the first point of contact to welcome and assist visitors; respond promptly to general enquiries about our services. - Oversee and maintain the appointment scheduling and room booking systems. **Administrative Support**: - Perform core administrative duties such as data entry, coordinating staff appointments, and preparing reports. - Provide logístical support for meetings and events, including room arrangements and preparation of meeting materials. **Office/System Management**: - Coordinate office maintenance and repairs; run errands and liaise with external vendors as required. - Work closely with Shared Services teams (e.g., IT, Finance, HR) to facilitate administrative processes and resolve issues promptly. - Manage office inventory and procurement of pantry and office supplies, ensuring an organised and efficient workspace. QUALIFICATIONS - Minimum GCE "A" Level qualification, with at least 5 years of experience in office administration, HR, or finance operations. - Proficient in English (both spoken and written), with strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Well-organised, detail-oriented, and able to prioritise tasks effectively in a dynamic environment. - Demonstrates initiative, problem-solving abilities, and a willingness to learn and adapt.
