**Roles & Responsibilities**

**The Role**:
Reporting to the Global Internal Operations Manager, we are seeking a process driven Fulfillment Center Manager to oversee warehouse operations with direct accountability for leading and motivating the team while meeting and exceeding safety, delivery and quality goals, including QA'ing inventory intakes and ensuring fulfillment service levels are met.

This role will be responsible for implementation of new logistics service models while ensuring that core fulfillment operations remain at or above SLA commitments. Working closely with the Internal Operations Manager this role will connect the broader organization with fulfillment operations. The Fulfillment Center Manager should also have a keen eye for process improvements to meet future demand growth.

**Responsibilities**
- Ensure proper inventory reception and counting against BOLs and POs
- Excel in meeting SLAs for fulfillment of e-commerce orders
- Manage shipping, receiving, picking and packing teams to ensure maximum efficiency and daily output
- Partner with leadership team to drive changes and improvements to standard operating procedures and work processes
- Manage fulfillment of special project orders while managing cost & material consumption
- QA order fulfillment and inventory counts to ensure accuracy across all levels of warehouse operations
- Reinforce safety procedures for all employees

**Requirements**:

- 3-5 years of progressive leadership experience in warehouse operations
- Managed and led warehouse operations teams of 10+ (direct and indirect reports)
- Experience in facility management functions beyond direct supervision (ex. Supplier contract management, staffing, budgeting, etc.)
- Deep knowledge of domestic and international ecommerce fulfillment including FBA/FBM
- Experience working with multiple shipping vendors at one time
- Proficient in logistics operations as they pertain to interaction with Fulfillment Operations
- Tight control of Inventory to ensure accuracy and financial reporting controls
- Capable of identifying process limitations, proposing solutions, implementing optimizations, troubleshooting, and maximizing output
- Capable of meeting very tight deadlines and managing multiple projects simultaneously
- An excellent communicator who can facilitate on-the-fly changes and make key decisions
- Thrives under a fast-moving start-up environment

**Preferred**:

- Previous experience as a warehouse manager for a large eComm brand, or a 3PL specializing in ecommerce fulfillment
- Operational knowledge of DTC, e-commerce, or subscription e-commerce companies
- Experience with Excel or Google Sheets
- Experience with WMS (Shiphero, etc.)
