Monetization Integrity (MI) Team
The Monetization Integrity Operations team plays a critical role in driving initiatives to mitigate risks in Ads and ensuring advertiser quality on our platform. The team also provides efficient and high quality reviews to unlock good revenue and focus on brand safety and user/Advertister experience.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Moderating and ensuring advertising content is compliant with stipulated policies and local laws
2. Stay abreast on all policy changes and/or developments
3. Adhering to defined policies and procedures while meeting performance expectations
4. Performing on miscellaneous duties and projects as assigned.

**Qualifications**:
Qualifications
1. We will be prioritizing applicants who have a current right to work in Singapore, and do not require company sponsorship of a visa
2. At least a Diploma in any discipline from a local Polytechnic
4. Ability to work in differing work rotations/shifts (including nights, public holidays and weekends)
5. Demonstrated computer proficiency with Microsoft Office
6. Strong analytical and research skills
7. Organized, detail-oriented, and a self-starter
8. Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality while meeting strict deadlines.
9. Attention to detail, highly organized and strong process-focused aptitude.
10. Self-motivator and team player
11. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high volume and culturally diverse environment
