We're rethinking homes for how people really live, and we're looking for an Advertising & Insights Specialist to join our Growth and Intelligence team to help shape the future of living - one thoughtful detail at a time. From strategy to storytelling, Marketing powers brand and business growth at Castlery. What you'll be doing: Lead the creation and management of ads across Meta, Google, TikTok, and Pinterest, including copywriting, graphic design, and video edits for focus products and new collection launches. Leverage AI tools for copywriting, image localization, voiceover generation, and video editing to enhance creative output. Collaborate cross-functionally with Creative, Brand & Content, and Country Performance Marketing teams to deliver campaigns on time. Build and analyze ad performance reports using Meta, Google, Pinterest, and TikTok Ads, extracting monthly insights through pivot tables and other tools. Support ad strategy in AU, SG, and UK by identifying revenue-driving products, crafting content angles, and briefing relevant teams. What you need to succeed: 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing, copywriting, and/or content creation. Strong proficiency in English, both written and spoken. Skilled in Microsoft Excel, Adobe Photoshop/Canva, and Adobe Premiere Pro/CapCut. Creative portfolio showcasing copywriting, graphic design, and content creation work. Familiarity with Meta Ads, Google Ads, Pinterest Ads, TikTok Ads, or Reddit Ads is a plus. Experience in data interpretation, visualization, and analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Google Analytics) is a plus.
