**POSTION: INSURANCE EXECUTIVE (CLAIMS)**

**5 days work week**

**JOB DESCRIPTION**:

- Responsible to handle all Motor Insurance claims including WICA, FWMI, etc.
- Capable to interview drivers and drafting of statements.
- Meeting up with any other persons relating to the claims and to resolve issues.
- Reporting to the MD regularly to update all insurance claims/matters.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders in handling all insurance claims/enquires and appeals.
- Ensure that all pending claims/enquiries are followed up promptly before deadline.
- Ensure and monitor all insurance coverage expiry.
- Generating quotation and negotiation of better premiums rates for all insurance policy.
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the efficient processing of all insurance data and claims.
- Maintain database for all certification of vehicles insurances.
- Ensure proper documentation, records and filing upon issuance
- Independently prepare and communicate all issues with the Directors.
- Ensure that all premiums payment, updating and tracking coordination with all relevant departments.
- Review the claim estimates set by the claim handlers against the claim reserves set by the insurers and query in case of discrepancies.
- All other adhoc tasks as assigned by the Management.

**JOB REQUIREMENT**:

- Possess good interpersonal and communications skills.
- Preferably 1 - 2 years' experience in insurance sector.
- Good time management skills, able to prioritise work to ensure efficiency.
- Have a good command of English, with both written and oral communication skills.
- Minimum diploma in any discipline.
- Take initiative to improve current state of things and adaptable to embrace new changes.
