**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Be part of a vibrant, dynamic, growing team at Organon South, East and Southeast Asia (SEA) Oral Contraceptive & Hormonal Replacement Therapy portfolio Franchise to enhance selected product positioning and optimize current digital marketing-related initiatives.
- Learn about public campaign including how to run a successful online/ digital campaign
- Work with multi-market cross-function stakeholders
- Medical-centric Content Marketing creation and multichannel engagement
- Be part of the team to create successful launch campaigns and education programs
- Oversee various approval processes in a timely and coordinated manner. This includes working with cross-functional colleagues (Medical, Compliance, Legal) to understand asset requirements and to update/make changes if needed
- Execute digital campaigns and manage digital channels where relevant: e.g. Website, SoMe channels, Salesforce, webinar and 3rd party platforms

**WHAT YOU MUST HAVE**

To be successful in this role, you should:

- Basic Skills for literature referencing and citations
- A self-starter, embraces challenges and enjoys complexities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills internally and with vendors
- Fluency in English (Vietnamese/ Traditional Chinese is a plus)
- Proactive, self-motivated and attention to details
- Preferably able to commit to a full-time internship for a period of 6 months

**LEARNING OUTCOME FOR THE INTERN**
- Understanding of Commercial Operations in a Pharmaceutical Company, specifically in marketing and multichannel engagement
- Sharpening of cross-functional collaboration, critical thinking and influencing skills
- Development in marketing (digital & offline) multichannel capabilities (campaign planning, execution, and analysis)
- Regional exposure across SEA markets and experience working in a Cluster model
