You will assist the Head of Corporate Services in the operational management of the team:

- Preparing, controlling payroll and social contribution declaration
- Advising and assisting clients on matters concerning work pass and related pass.
- Bookkeeping account, preparing, and controlling FYS, GST, and tax declaration
- Assisting the Corporate supervisors in the creation of new subsidiaries and onboarding of new clients and on the technical issue
- Assisting and advising client to their international development especially in Vietnam and Malaysia

**Job Requirements**:

- 3 years of relevant experiences in corporate services or in holding accounting financial management department
- Good Knowledge in Excel, in Word, and Xero accounting system is required
- Willingness to take initiatives and suggest solutions
- Excellent communication skills in English and in French would be a plus to communicate with our clients
- Understanding and experience within an international business environment
- Proactive and autonomous state of mind
- Available as soon as possible

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $3,500.00 per month
