Established for over 25 years, Caffe Beviamo is a beloved institution in Singapore’s café scene, offering honest, wholesome food with heart. We are now seeking a meticulous and self-motivated Internal Accountant to join our team and oversee the financial operations of our two café outlets.

**Job Summary**:
The Internal Accountant will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with local financial regulations, and providing insights that support the café’s operational and strategic goals. This is an essential role that works closely with the Director, outlet managers, and external vendors.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage full sets of accounts, including AP, AR, GL, and month-end closing
- Prepare monthly Profit & Loss statements and other financial reports for internal use
- Track, monitor, and reconcile daily sales and cash flow from both outlets
- Process payroll and CPF contributions accurately and on time
- Monitor inventory reports, COGS, and supplier invoices
- Liaise with external parties such as auditors, tax agents, vendors, and government agencies
- Assist in budget preparation and cost control measures
- Maintain accounting records and internal controls in accordance with ACRA/MOM/IRAS requirements
- Provide financial analysis and advice for business decisions
- Ad hoc administrative and finance-related duties as required

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- At least 3 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in F&B or retail
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, MYOB, etc.)
- Strong Excel skills and attention to detail
- Good understanding of Singapore tax, CPF, and payroll regulations
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and communicate clearly with non-finance colleagues
- Integrity, discretion, and a proactive mindset
