**Planning Executive**: Our team in **Singapore** currently has an opening for a **Planning Executive** > **YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES**: - Facilitate the procurement process from Purchase Requisition to Purchase Order creation in SAP with inhouse developed system. - Monitor incoming receipts and share the shipment information to internal functional teams. - Provide the support to internal customer during the material master data creation process. - Monitor material inventory level and ensure optimum stock holding level to meet production needs. - Responsible for generating short-term sales forecasts for assigned products through demand analysis with commercial team and stock planning methods. - Analysing, reporting and improving forecast accuracy both at the detail and aggregate level to improve Customer Service and Inventory levels. - Follow up on the aging stock and try to deplete them to other customers/countries. - Work with internal functional teams and meet the operational needs **YOUR PROFILE**: - Diploma in Purchasing / Supply Chain / Business Management field - Minimum 2 years’ related experience - Good communication and interpersonal skills - Basic MRP knowledge - Able to work independently and as a team with minimum supervision - Mature and able to work with frequent and fast paced change management requests - Ability to work under pressure and tight schedules for follow up - Proficient in MS Excel, Word, Outlook and SAP MM module is highly desirable **OUR OFFER**: > **INTERESTED?**:
