
Product Support Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Review a wide variety of customer requests/inquiries as it relates to product information, food safety and quality systems, customer documents/questionnaires, etc., and customer databases
- Gather and enter information into customer databases/reports for private label specifications and food safety questionnaires
- Liaison between our customers and key internal cross-functional team members including Food Design, Packaging, Sustainability, Supplier Quality, and Sales
- Assists in the support of problem-solving, improving business processes and customer requests
- Supports work in a dynamic business environment
- Champion in continuous improvement ideas for process improvement, efficiencies, and overall insights that may positively impact the business.
- Assist with gathering data to support various levels of problem-solving
- Document all work completed to easily track relatable issues
- Occasionally travel to customers on-site to troubleshoot
- Assist in personnel training on newly developed SOPs and policies.
- Remain current on matters relating to suppliers’ production methods, analytical techniques, and applicable Singapore regulations as they relate to company products
- Take proactive action when supplier product falls short of agreed specifications to remedy the situation
- Ensure internal compliance with proper product handling and storage procedures
- Ensure the proper filing and organization of QC-related documents and files (Product Specs, Certificates of Analysis, Halal documentation, ISO 2000 documentation, etc.)
- Ensure Specification Sheet(s) for all Products are up to date and verify against Singapore Food Agency (SFA) regulations on a timely basis
- Request for lab testing of product samples when necessary
- Request for shelf-life extensions from suppliers when necessary
- Ensure continuous improvement in the maintenance of quality and food safety system
- Ensure best Food Safety and Work Safety practices among employees when handling products
- Any other duties as assigned
**Qualifications;**
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Food Safety, Science, or business-related field preferred
- Effective written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong PC skills (Microsoft Office) including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Ability to navigate through the database for answers
- Able to understand and follow documented business processes
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize multiple activities simultaneously
- Experience with ERP systems (Microsoft Navision) preferred.
- Working Hours: Mon to Fri - 9am to 5.30pm and Alternate Sat - 9am to 12.45pm
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $2,800.00 - $3,000.00 per month
