Project Manager

**Role Overview**

We’re looking for a Project Manager to own and operate the moving parts behind every event we produce. You’ll be the person who tracks it all: timelines, budgets, vendor deadlines, speaker deliverables, staffing updates—you’ll see it, flag it, and keep it all moving.

This role is about clarity, consistency, and proactive management. You’ll work across our entire event portfolio, ensuring every project is tracked in real time and every team member knows what’s coming next. You will be the heartbeat of our operations.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Timeline & Milestone Tracking**
- Assign and track milestone progress across teams
- Ensure upcoming deliverables are flagged in weekly team syncs and updated in project boards
- Create and maintain event dashboards for internal and external visibility

**Budget & Financial Coordination**
- Track project budgets in coordination with finance and producers
- Flag overspending of allocated resources in real time
- Maintain documentation of supplier quotes, contracts, and payment status
- Support reconciliation and reporting after events

**Cross-Team Workflow Coordination**
- Serve as a central operational point between the various teams
- Surface blockers early and proactively support resolution across workstreams
- Ensure key information—like deadlines, scope changes, and client expectations—is shared and reflected across teams

**Compensation & Benefits**
- **Basic Salary**: $30,000 - $48,000 USD per year (negotiable, based on experience).
- **Leave**: 25 days annual leave + 25 days sick leave.
- **Work Hours**: Fully remote with flexible hours to accommodate global clients.

**Qualifications**
- No experience is required if you are willing to learn and grow.
- Degree in events/business or a related field. (or equivalent experience).
- Any certifications in Project Management would be a plus.
- Experience in project management or operations in events is beneficial, but not a must.
- Bonus: Experience with Web3/crypto projects or events
