**Job Summary**

This position is responsible for providing general site administration responsibilities at the manufacturing plant level, to enable an efficient and smooth-running site that projects a capable and confident image to internal and external customers alike. You will create an impact by anticipating the needs of the manufacturing team and proactively addressing issues. You are a team player, and you get things done with speed and agility.

**How You Will Help Us Succeed**

Site Administration
- Raise purchase requests, manage purchase orders, manage invoices/billings, arrange goods delivery and services, and coordinate with vendors and contractors for all office and site supplies (including pantry, janitorial and computer peripherals)
- Receive/collect goods and perform goods receipt in system
- Provide general on-site administrative support, ensure proper documentation, and maintain data management records
- Sort out mails for distribution and manage phone calls
- Support on-site office supplies budgeting and other site operating budget, such as office equipment, work pass renewal, training cost and etc.
- Coordinate condolences and congratulations gift arrangements
- Plan and organize employee engagement activities for the manufacturing team
- Be flexible and willing to participate in ad-hoc projects and provide support for other on-site matters as assigned

HR Administration
- Maintain all on-site employee P-files
- Support end to end recruitment activities - Job Posting, Selection, Interview, and Offer Proposal
- Coordinate new employees’ on-site onboarding and off-boarding logistics
- Verify and submit monthly overtime timesheets and off-cycle payroll data to the Singapore HR team
- Is the on-site administrator for Kronos Leave Management system and Time Attendance management for Tuas Plant
- On-site liaison for manufacturing team queries on non-confidential human resources and welfare matters

Training Coordination
- Ensure training systems and programs meet EHS and business needs
- Maintain and document the training requirements
- Coordinate annual training programs
- Coordinate and support the evaluation of training effectiveness
- Involve in training audits - ensure that all required trainings are completed, and the training records are properly documented

**What You Will Bring to Us**
- Possess a Diploma in Business Administration or relevant field
- 3 years of relevant Office Administration experience, preferably in a multinational, manufacturing environment
- Ability to handle a wide range of office and administrative support related tasks
- Can-do, positive attitude, willingness to help others and take on additional responsibilities
- Ability to work independently and as an integral member of the team
- Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment
- Self-motivated, able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must be well organized, meticulous, and possess good planning skills
- High integrity with an ability to maintain the confidentiality of project information and visitors in all situations
- Take responsibility for tasks and deadlines, a go-getter, resilient and goes the extra mile to complete a task
- Strong at execution, documentation, organization, prioritization and time management
- Self-motivated, pro-active, resourceful, and outgoing individual
- Possess excellent interpersonal skills and enjoy interacting with people
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
- Willing to work at Tuas, Singapore
