HR & Admin Assistant

Assist & support the HR Managers on the full-spectrum of HR duties, day-to-day management of HR operations and other events & projects. (e.g Employee engagement pgms)
- Update and maintain data of employees in HR systems, ensures data accuracy of all entries
- File and maintain e-personnel documents in an organized manner under the Employee’s individual P-file
- Administer & update Leaves and schedule of outlet staffs
- Preparation of Employment contract, memos and other necessary letters & correspondence
- Monthly payroll, CPF submission and commission calculation
- Handle the recruitment, onboarding and off-boarding process
- To prepare yearly IR8A and to upload to tax portal for employee’s tax filing, to file IR21 and manage tax clearance etc. for WP holders
- Manage the employee's communication e.g announcement of policies, events etc
- Liase with external partners, like insurance vendors, and ensure legal compliance
- To perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by superiors
Job Requirements
- Preferably Diploma in HR Administration/ Accounting
- At least 2 -3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field
- Required Skill(s): Microsoft excel
- Preferably good knowledge of the Singapore Employment Act and the Singapore Labour Law
- Able to deal with people of different levels, internal and external.
- Pro-active attitude, responsive, reliable, resourceful, willing to learn and a good team player
- Meticulous and analytical. Self-driven and able to work independently under tight schedules
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Good with numbers
**Salary**: $2,500.00 - $3,200.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types:
- 13th month salary
**Education**:
- Local Polytechnic Diploma (preferred)
