This is a temp position for 1 month (Dec 2025).

Location:

MOE HQ, 51 Grange Road

Duties:

  1. Support for financial functions


• Verify and process Financial Assistance Scheme (FAS) applications


• Reconcile account statements


• Data entries and maintaining database using specific software and Microsoft excel

  1. Support for Special Education (SPED) HR and Admin functions

(A) Teacher Registration


• Send applications for screening, verification and approval


• Liaise with SPED schools on applications and outcomes


• Data entries and maintaining SPED staff database (Microsoft excel)


• Process teacher registration

(B) SPED Admin


• Collate course registrations


• Liaise with officers in-charge, schools and course providers on course registration matters


• Process letter of appointment and update attendance for temporary staff

  1. General Admin support


• Any other ad-hoc duties

Working Hour:

Mondays to Thursdays: 8:30am to 6:00pm

Fridays: 8:30am to 5:30pm

$2500
