The Company is looking for a Finance and HR professional to join the Singapore team as:
**Position: Finance & HR Executive**

**Job Code: EXP/FHRE/SG/0822**

**Location: Singapore
**Responsibilities
- Finance- Payment processing: Checking, Voice confirmation, Payment Preparation, Scanning and sending document to appropriate person and seeking approval before processing the payment
- Banking: Liaison with Banks, Due Diligence, Account opening both Corporate and individual, Updating Daily Bank Balance, Cash flow & Funding
- Funding requirements: Ensure timely funding of Corporate and Personal accounts, repayment of all the loan repayments, credit card payments, salary payments
- Accounting & Reporting: of Accounting & Monthly Account for couple of entities assigned. Support in preparing responses to Auditors’ queries.
- HR Admin- Salaries: Salary preparation, processing, Approvals, Submissions to CPF board, Preparation of IR8A, IR21 etc, Sharing of Salary slips, leave management, refunds etc.

**Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in accounting, finance, business management or related disciplines
- 3-5 years of experience of relevant experience in finance and HR Admin functions
- Ability to communicate effectively with appropriate counterparties to obtain/disseminate information.
- Good follow-up skills. Ability to work in multi-ethnic teams.
- Maintain confidentiality, as required
- Skilled at documenting information and record keeping. Meticulous and well-organised.
- Good written/oral English communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office and Payroll software.
