Job Scope: HR and Finance Executive

The HR and Finance Executive plays a dual role in managing people operations and financial processes. This position is critical in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations by balancing employee engagement and compliance with financial accuracy and accountability.

Human Resources Responsibilities
  • Recruitment & Onboarding

    Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, interviews, and candidate selection.

Conduct employee onboarding and orientation programs.
- Employee Relations & Engagement

Serve as the first point of contact for HR-related queries.

Support employee engagement initiatives to promote a positive workplace culture.
- HR Administration

Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HRIS systems.

Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Performance & Development

Coordinate performance appraisal processes and maintain performance records.

Assist in organizing training and development programs.
- Payroll & Benefits

Administer monthly payroll in coordination with finance.

Manage employee benefits, claims, and leave records.

Finance Responsibilities
  • Bookkeeping & Reporting

    Handle daily accounting transactions, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.

Prepare monthly financial statements, management reports, and cash flow summaries.
- Budgeting & Forecasting

Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting.

Monitor expenses and ensure cost efficiency within approved budgets.
- Compliance & Audit

Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and statutory filings.

Coordinate with auditors, tax agents, and external consultants when required.
- Payments & Reconciliations

Process supplier payments, staff claims, and reimbursements.

Reconcile bank statements, petty cash, and credit card transactions.
