The Lead must have demonstrated success in leadership characterized by driving efficiency and a high performance in the delivery of software solutions to clients. The Lead will lead the implementation team of implementation managers & consultants. The Lead must have demonstrable agility & influencing skills to work with C-suite in order to align project expectations. The leader will successfully collaborate with cross-functional teams within Anchanto to deliver results and high degree of customer satisfaction.

**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Manage, Coach and mentor Implementation team
- Accountable for customer satisfaction during and post-implementation.
- Ensure excellent usage of the product capabilities before handing over to the Support team
- Review all Implementation project plans, identify and mitigate the risks and work with the project managers/Leads to manage them closely for successful Go Lives.
- Monitor project progress throughout project life cycle, communicate project status effectively to senior management through reports, presentations and individual meetings.
- Build and provide direction to project teams, create and foster communication among team members
- Manage Kick
- off Meetings (multi geographical multi vertical Fortune 1000 Global customers)
- Responsible for efficient and appropriate resource allocation.
- Ensure that the team has all required competencies and is well trained.
- Understands the challenges faced by the team and help them succeed
- Capture and manage project risks and issues and associated mitigation strategies
- Work closely with Sales, Solutions, Development, Customer Success, and Support teams for project success
- Utilize analytical skills to make critical decisions and recommendations to solve project-related problems
- Lead New Initiatives - Enable brainstorming sessions with team to gather innovative approaches

**Requirements**:

- 7-10 years of hands-on experience in SAAS product implementation and delivering multiple and complex projects
- Good at Team Management
- Excellent oral & written communication skills
- Should be proficient in client interactions

**Added Advantage**:

- OMNI channel (E-commerce logistics and B2B operations) industry experience
