**Job Description**:
As Implementation Lead, your part of #zerowastedpotential includes
- Leading the implementation team
- Developing the strategy to ensuring the successful delivery of Reejig products and services to our customers is in accordance with our contracted scope and performance standards
- Partnering with customer technology teams to design, implement and test Reejig system implementation
- Consulting with Reejig’s technical team when the requirements returned by the customer will need some customisation to cater for their requirements
- Working closely with the broader Go to Market team to validate that services proposed by the Sales Team are supportable.
- Providing advice and direction on technical issues including ownership of plans, procedures, and work instructions
- Managing delays and expectations throughout the whole implementation process
- Provide process improvement suggestions that can enable quicker, more efficient implementations
- Providing weekly updates of projects that show any delays

**Qualifications**:
To be a successful member of the Reejig tribe, you will be an experienced Implementation Manager, with leadership experience who is passionate Technology and has
- A can do attitude with relentless drive to deliver magical outcomes
- ** Experience working in a startup environment**:

- Systems implementation in a product delivery context, ideally in the **SaaS space**:

- An ability to manage projects, including identifying risks, stakeholder management and reporting
- Excellent critical thinking skills with an ability to breakdown business problems and create solutions
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to create a strong rapport with clients
- Previous project management experience with a range of different size clients
- Experience managing technology change and communications to support successful implementation
- Implementation reporting, project support and coordination
- ** 5+ years experience in delivery/implementation**
