**Your Daily ZOALA Experience**

1. Formulate strategic business development
- Develop and execute the strategic business development plan while working with key internal stakeholders.
- Be a champion for partners across multiple internal functions to ensure partners' needs and expectations are met.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product team to develop a personalised approach to all partners and to align Zoala's internal goals with new and existing partner relationships.
- Create a systematic, process-driven approach to partner outreach and relationship management.
- Research partners, identify key players and generate interest.

2. Partner growth planning and enablement
- Negotiate and finalise agreements with partners in accordance with the company’s contract guidelines and policies.
- Provide onboarding and training for new partnerships, and professional support to enhance partners’ dedication to Zoala.
- Support deal structure and pricing with business-value analysis, and negotiate prices for proactive bids and proposals.

3. Partnership management
- Prepare progress reports and forecasts for internal and external stakeholders using CRM tools to monitor performance, manage pipeline reports and identify new and existing opportunities.
- Maintain and deepen relationships with existing partners.
- Work with stakeholders to review gaps and opportunities
- Maintain and share professional knowledge through education, networking, events, and presentations.

**The Career Requirements**
- Degree holder (Preferably with a degree in Business/Sales, or related fields).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a customer-facing or similar role, and a strong track record of success in building strategic partnerships.
- Strong project management, execution and organisational skills.
- Able to deliver presentations.
- Proficient in data analysis, forecasting, and budgeting.
