✔ **HR Policies & Compliance**:Develop and enforce HR policies that align with our tech-driven culture and legal standards.
✔ **Employee Engagement**:Foster motivation, retention, and a high-performance culture in a fast-growing tech team.
✔ **Regional Coordination**:Collaborate with global admin teams to streamline HR operations across regions.
✔ **HR Tech & Automation**:Optimize HR processes with digital tools to enhance efficiency.

**Who We’re Looking For**:
Proven experience as an **HR Manager**in a tech or high-growth environment.
Expertise in **payroll systems, recruitment, and HR compliance**.
Strong leadership with the ability to inspire and engage teams.
Tech-savvy mindset—experience with HRIS (e.g., Whyse) is a plus.
Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
