Candid Water Cooler Pte Ltd was established in 1990 and we are a leading manufacturer and distributor of our own brand of distilled drinking water - Alpheus Premium Distilled Drinking Water.

We invite applicants with a proven track record in customer service to join our team.

The incumbent will undergo a training and induction programme at our office at Tanjong Pagar. Upon completing the training and induction programme, the incumbent may choose to work in our officer at Tanjong Pagar or Woodlands.

Career advancement and job rotation opportunities are available to incumbents after the first year of service.
- Providing updates and recommendations to customers regarding their contracts.
- Provide technical support / advice to customers.
- Prepare quotations for new and existing customers when required.
- Prepare monthly management reports.

**Requirements**:

- 2 to 3 years of relevant work experience with proven track record in customer service.
- Good command of spoken and written English.
- Good inter-personal and communication and negotiation skills.
- A good team player and also able to work independently.
- Analytical, organised, meticulous, customer-service orientation.
- Fresh schooler leavers with an aptitude for customer service are welcomed to apply.
