Job description and responsibilities:

- Perform clerical duties and provide general office administrative support.
- Assisting with the day-to-day operation of the HR administration work, including but not limited: maintain and update employee files ensure all documents are up-to-date.
- Run errands such as banking, mailing, purchasing of items and deliverance of documents.
- Maintain training records and/or register training course if needed.
- Manage and maintain the company's insurance.
- Participate in any ad hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

- Diploma or above qualifications.
- At least 1 year of experience in Admin and Human Resource Operations preferable in construction.
- Solid knowledge of general office administration and the related works.
- Strong communications skills, tactfulness, integrity, good inter-personal skill.
- Immediate availability preferred.
- Fresh Graduated are welcome to apply.
- Willing to work for 5.5days Alt Saturday.
