Recognizing the changing and fast-paced corporate landscape, WS Audiology seeks a Finance executive to oversee and drive a major finance transformation project to bring the function to a best-in-class level in terms of discipline and efficiency.

You will deliver the latest solutions to not only improve operational efficiencies, but to enhance the changing role of Finance as an indispensable business partner tasked with providing better business insights, profitability and performance measurement.

You will be responsible to spearhead project management globally and be responsible for setting up a new Finance share service model and provide full support for transition, more specifically:

- Manage multi-disciplinary project teams to focus on operational improvement, profitability management, finance function activities and business integration
- Act as key point of contact between internal and external stakeholders such as external shared services provider
- Manage, direct, and supervise staff; conduct performance evaluations; ensure staff are trained; provide consultation, advice and direction to staff.
- Mentor and coach the colleagues and consultants in the planning and execution of related plans and projects; ensure alignment with wider program, and Finance strategies. Responsible for the resource forecast; estimate and evaluate the impact of incoming program and project-related requests. Act as a point of escalation.
- Manage the reporting of the PMO performance indicators; provide reports on practice areas utilization and performance metrics; and continually improve metrics and measurements to accurately reflect PMO activities and performance.
- Define, develop, and continually improve and adapt the standards, processes, procedures, tools, techniques for assigned practice area based upon generally accepted frameworks.

The position will be based in Tai Seng, Singapore. Traveling globally will be needed due to projects requirements and business needs in Asia and Europe.

**Experience:
- A minimum 7 years of relevant experience in a project /managerial capacity and driving transformation projects
- Experience going through shared services transition and driving project management, with strong focus in process improvements
- Possess a deep knowledge and strong understanding of business process re-engineering
- Preferably having experience in management consulting environment, leading and executing large scale projects for clients
- Experience working in big4 / share service / consulting / professional service provider.
