- Recruitment experience with a proven track record of well-established client base and a history of successful billings.
- Knowledge and experience in a specialization related to STEM Focused industries or related job expertise.
- Strong entrepreneurial drive with commitment to self-discipline and professionalism.
- Proficiency in Singapore’s TAFEP regulations and adherence to industry best practices.
- CEI certification
