**Purpose of the role**:
The Consulting Partner role is a position that has the sole purpose to drive growth through the business. Taking strategic ownership of converting briefs in order to drive growth. Supporting the Global CCO and Regional Head of Sales in the conversion of leads, ensuring the Indicia Worldwide proposition is activated and aligned to the brief, in a credible, commercial and strategic manner whilst being presented in a way that sets new standards for conversion experience every time.
**Key Responsibilities**:
The Consulting Partner will be responsible for ensuring that every new sale qualified lead (brief) which comes into the business is treated as the last.
Focus must be applied to;
**Prospect experience**
Working closely with senior client teams to activate the Indicia Worldwide proposition in the delivery of outstanding strategic RFI/RFP/Pitches/proposals.
Champion the prospect internally, identify and shape the strategic and commercial response to lead opportunities ensuring a clear value exchange and compelling reason to buy. Ensure that an appropriate team is formed for the delivery of each brief, project, or opportunity and that they are fully aligned with the prospect challenges and that they are clear on the objective, deliverables, and timings.
Champion ‘best in class’ content and experience delivery and act as the ‘chef at the pass’ for all prospect work leaving the business.
Working closely with the relevant Regional Head of Sales and reporting into the Global CCO, working collaboratively and seamlessly with other business functions and leaders to develop and deliver growth against regional sales opportunities.
**Relationship management - first experience a prospect has of Indicia Worldwide**
Owning and driving the development of strong relationships with senior procurement and marketing teams.
To develop a solid understanding of the prospects' marketing strategy. Working in partnership with them to deliver strategic insights on business and commercial issues and nurture opportunities.
Work to ensure that we become an integral part of our prospects' pitch process, turning the prospect into an advocate of our business (working towards killing the pitch at any opportunity) ensuring that their role as Consulting Partner is seen by the prospect as a trusted advisor.
**Content management**
To lead in the development of RFI/RFP/Pitch/Proposals which set new standards in not only Indicia Worldwide but the industry.
Each pitch is seen as an opportunity to better the response, to better the content and experience. Feedback from the client during and after the pitch process (win or lose) echo’s this.
Work with the relevant SMEs to construct commercial models that best suit prospect and business requirements and work in close collaboration with the finance team to manage all aspects of pitch responses ensuring a positive contribution margin will result.
**About You**:
An accomplished Business Development and Client Relationship Executive, you have a track record of cross-functional, senior management roles. Focused on growth, you have a customer-centric approach to business development that breaks departmental silos and aligns teams to work towards a common goal.
In your previous jobs, you have demonstrated your ability to maximize business performance by setting the vision and successfully executing the conversion plan while improving competitiveness by setting the gold standard for business development internal processes and increasing customer satisfaction.
A strategic thinker, you have a clear understanding of the ever-changing industry landscape, and, in collaboration with key stakeholders, you helped define a best in class approach to prospect engagement and pitch experience, driving business growth.
