Focused on making brands matter at every level, Ogilvy’s marketing and innovation strategy consultancy is seeking an experienced strategy practitioner for our Associate Partner or Partner, Ogilvy Consulting Asia position.- Ogilvy Consulting is the strategy and innovation arm of The Ogilvy Group. An enterprise-wide offer, we provide advisory services across Growth & Innovation, Business Design, and Digital Transformation. Ogilvy Consulting brings agile, global teams of consultants together at the intersection of brand, growth, innovation and digital. We also have a host of specialty practices ranging from Behavioral Science and Futurecasting to BioTech Innovation and Health & Wellness. We are positioned as the strategic advisors to the C-Suite on all aspects of brand, marketing and business growth. We also work with other teams across Ogilvy and WPP, including visual identity, public relations and, of course, marketing communications and advertising as well as client teams and industry practices, such as Automotive, Telecoms and many more.**Responsibilities**:
**Responsibilities include but are not limited to**:

- Managing multiple projects, including overseeing project management, team management and client management
- Providing strategy leadership on client projects, including structuring the thinking, developing the hypotheses and making the recommendations
- Owning the relationship with senior-level clients, becoming a valued advisor, which includes bringing critical issues to their attention, providing solutions, etc.
- Being responsible for the financial and budgetary aspects of client projects for multiple engagements
- Taking ownership of developing client deliverables across multiple projects
- Leading new business proposals and pitches
- Developing new business with existing clients
- Managing more junior team members as necessary for the successful running of project engagements
- Leading senior-level client and external interviews and client presentations
- Developing the practice, including training and recruiting
- Developing thought leadership for the practice
- Owning an offer, developing a framework for it

**Qualifications**:

- At least 12 years of strategy consulting experience in another strategy capacity
- Bachelor’s degree from a top-tier university, with a proven strong academic record
- Demonstrated track record of business development
- Proven client management experience & Practice management experience
- Proven leadership ability to drive strategy and execution of strategy
- Thought leadership in an area of marketing/brand
- Able to draw critical human and cultural insights from data and observation
- Able to translate strategy and strategic thinking to creative marketing actions
- Excellent writing and presentation skills
- Travel is expected as a part of all project engagements, though less time is spent on client premises than at a traditional firm (we are more market facing)
