Head of Business Development

**Requirement**
- Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field; Master's degree is advantageous
- 5 - 8 years’ experience in Business Development or Corporate Sales
- At least 2 years of Business Development leadership experience is preferred
- Hands-on experience successfully supporting the evaluation, negotiation, and closing a variety of large and complex licensing and/or partnership transactions
- Cross-functional influence, relationship building, and project management skills toward a broad stakeholder ranging from customers, sales, marketing, and product management
**Responsibilities**
- Spearhead all business development efforts within the digital business, including the development and implementation of business development, go-to-market and customer success strategies for identified market segments
- Design and develop actionable market analysis with clear go-to-market plan to support the corporate sales team
- Lead sales, marketing, customer-service, and technology teams to close the deal
- Develop in-depth knowledge of company offerings to identify profitable business opportunities
- Review contacts with past, existing and new clients, unions, funding agencies and industry partners to explore new opportunities
- Work closely with all stakeholders to ensure successful execution of pilot runs and roll out of new programs including onboarding and customer success
- Participate in trade shows, industry level and partners events to gather market intelligence, provide recommendations and improve our visibilityDiana
