We are actively looking for top talents to join our fast-growing venture and together shape the future of finance. One role we are hiring for is a Head of Business Development, who will be overseeing our strategy team to nurture and grow new partnership opportunities with projects around the world. This role needs a fast learner for new technologies and innovations, and most importantly, a go-getter.

**Responsibilities**
- Overseeing all aspects of Business Development and leading the Business Development team
- Drive the relationship building with other potential fintech ventures including dApps and platforms which can adopt the technology developed by Automata network
- Understand the strengths and weaknesses of similar products and solutions
- Build and develop campaigns promoting products and services in cooperation with the marketing team
- Discover competitors and create tactics to grow Automata’s market share

**Requirements**:

- Strong interpersonal skills with at least 4 years of experience on a sales or business development role
- Experience in the financial or IT industry is highly preferred
- Curiosity about learning new technologies and developments
- Both a great team leader and a strong independent performer
- Strong understanding of cryptocurrency, blockchain and defi is a must
