**Location** Singapore, Central Singapore **Job Type** Full Time **Salary** $5,000 - $10,000 Per Month **Date Posted** 5 hours ago Additional Details **Job ID** 93946 **Job Views** 1 **Job Description**: Roles & Responsibilities The mission of **Finance Shared Service Center (FSSC)** is to manage all incoming and outgoing cash transactions in timely, accurate, efficient and controlled manner. 1) Responsible for the delivery of daily operations in T&E function for APAC region and drive functional outcome / SLA, including but not limited to - Ensure reimbursement reports in compliance with company policies and procedures to provide high quality service and outstanding customer care; - Supervise T&E reconciliation to ensure smooth implementation of reimbursements to employees in certain countries. 2) Key Point-of-Contact for handling escalation and participating in troubleshooting for any special cases related to T&E. 3) Lead, motivate and develop team members, including but not limited to capacity planning, hiring, training, performance management, career development etc; 4) Establish and maintain good working relationships with internal and external stakeholders 5) Proactively drive continuous process improvements within T&E functions and advocate industry best practices 6) Collaborate with other departments in TikTok to optimize processes and/or implement solutions 7) Provide support on any other ad hoc project or assignment, such as handle operational integration of acquired entities, new business initiatives, launch of new entities etc **Qualifications**: - Bachelor's degree and above preferably in accounting or finance-related field. - At least 5+ years of travel & entertainment/ reimbursement experience in an MNC or Shared Service environment - Including Prior 2+ years experience in managing a team (>5 member) - Relevant certification is preferred (e.g. CPA, ACCA, AICPA, CMA). - Experience in managing a diverse and matrix team - Proven track of record in driving improvements and efficiencies in transactional processing - Strong people management, supervisory and analytical skills and the ability to communicate at all levels - Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional and multi-cultural stakeholders through effective communication, influencing and interpersonal skills - Strong proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite Software; experience using Concur and Oracle is strongly preferred. - Ability to work under pressure to meet strict deadlines TikTok is committed to creating an inclusive space where employees are valued for their skills, experiences, and unique perspectives.
