Pickupp is looking for a team member with a keen interest in e-commerce marketing and would like to kickstart their career in an "all hands on deck” and fast paced startup environment. This role will support Shop On Pickupp’s marketing activities with the goal of growing the e-commerce platform by increasing our user count and sales in an optimal and strategic way. If you have the passion, innovative and collaborative spirit to build this exciting business, come join us **What will you do** - Plan, conceptualise and support the execution of promotional campaigns and evergreen campaigns that will drive traffic and sales to the platform on a monthly basis. This includes but is not limited to the following: - Develop and execute compelling content through copywriting, calendar management, while keeping up-to-date with best practices via our social media platforms - Work closely with the e-commerce and operations team to ensure smooth and timely execution of campaigns and deliveries to influencers - Support the team in a regular review of analytics and metrics to report on campaign performance and generate new ideas that will improve our marketing campaigns - Review, execute and drive continual optimisation of our existing user acquisition channels, which includes but is not limited to our influencer marketing strategy, paid ads, EDM, SEO etc - Community management and social listening, respond to queries and comments related to Shop On Pickupp and actively take part in discussions related to the brand **Requirements**: - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Familiar and up-to-date with social media and marketing trends in the local market - Strong attention to detail and follows through on projects - Self-starter and resourceful team player - Performance driven and analytical mindset, has ability to evaluate and analyze data - Fundamentally curious and eager to experiment and explore new functions - Possesses a keen eye for aesthetics - Proficiency with photography and Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects and/or Premiere Pro is a bonus - 1 - 2 years experience in e-commerce marketing/campaign management is preferred - Fresh graduates with majors in Marketing or related fields are welcome to apply **What’s in it for you** - Work with a fast growing team, gain opportunities to hone your marketing skills and understand other aspects of marketing - Increase your ability to work across cultures through collaboration and a regular exchange of ideas with the wider regional team - Ownership of projects from start to end - Supportive team and great culture - Other benefits include health care and birthday gift
