**_Our client is from retail industry. Looking for experience training executive to join their team.
- **

**Job Duties**:

- Review and update in-house training materials regularly to stay relevant to the everchanging retail landscape
- Perform regular shop visits, monitor Mystery Shopper Programme results and customers’ feedback to track training effectiveness
- Plan and conduct competency-based assessments for retail staff as well as administration of staff training records

**Requirement**:

- Degree/ Diploma in Retail Management or other relevant discipline, preferably with Advanced Certificate in Training & Assessment/ Advanced Certificate in Learning & Performance
- **At least 2 years of training experience in retail, hospitality, or any other service industry**:

- Able to design, develop and conduct classroom, e-learning and on-the-job training programmes
- Familiar with the concepts and guidelines of Total Company Training Plan
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Passion for staff development
