The current position offered will be **People & Culture Manager (HR) **or such other post as determined by the Employer, its holding company or its associate or subsidiary companies (together called the "Group"). **Responsibilities include**: - Reviewing and updating HR policies and SOPs for the organization - Drafting employment contracts and filing employee records. - Conducting orientation for new team members - Conducting offboarding and exit interviews - Monitoring employee KPIs and facilitating annual performance evaluations - Ensuring employees adhere to all workplace guidelines provided in the employee handbook - Spearheading welfare, training and CSR agenda of the organization - Tabulating and processing payroll for all full-time and part-time employees - Providing advice and handling employee enquiries on all matters related to payroll, leave, claims, benefits and contracts. - Reporting to superiors, directors and assisting with any other matters required **Skills & Requirements**: - Diploma or Degree in Human Resources or any related field - At least 3 years of related experience in a similar role - Familiarity with MOM regulations, HR practices and Info-Tech System - Excellent communicator with strong writing and interpersonal skills - A team player with a strong sense of responsibility & self-motivation to get tasks done - Good organizational and time-management skills - High levels of integrity and ability to handle confidential information - Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications - Love for Our Second Nature is an added bonus Pay: $4,000.00 - $4,500.00 per month Schedule: - Monday to Friday Work Location: In person
