Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute a detailed data cleansing, data validation & data sign off plan with the function leaders & the business stakeholders.
- Manage the data cleansing, data validations & the sign off activities that meet the global data cleansing standard.
- Facilitate cross-team communication, status reporting (Data status/health, risk, issue mitigation....) from a system testing perspective.
- Lead and coordinate all regional data cleansing activities, with the support of the People Readiness Team and in alignment with the Global test Lead.
- Provide guidance and support to the team on data cleansing execution.
- Work closely with business and technology stakeholders to form a holistic, organizational view to support data cleansing.
- Facilitate communication and provide status updates to project leadership and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in SAP Data Lead management, preferably with SAP S/4 HANA.
- Minimum 8 years of managing a large scale of data cleansing project within the S/4 framework.
- Previous system implementation experience on a global scale is preferred.
- Multiple years in management of global scale projects in an international and multi-cultural environment.
- Excellent communication skills. Fluent in English, Mandarin is preferred, other languages are more than welcome.
